1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain items such as clearance products, custom orders, and software may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
