If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Software, licenses, or digital downloads

Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label upon request.
Change of mind or buyer's remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx) and retaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Options
Once your return is received and approved, you may choose from the following options:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving and approving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchange
We are happy to exchange an item for a different model, SKU, or equivalent product. Contact us to check availability before initiating a return for exchange.
🛍 Store Credit
Prefer to keep shopping with us? We can issue store credit for the full value of your return, with no expiration date.
🔧 Replacement
For defective or manufacturer-faulty items, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge once the faulty item is received and verified.
Note: Refunds typically appear on your bank or credit card statement within 3–10 business days after we process them, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
All products sold on motorolaradiosdealer.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Most Motorola, Hytera, Icom, and Ritron products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you discover a manufacturing defect:

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please follow the standard return process above once the item arrives.
