At Motorola Radios Dealer, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We specialize in professional two-way radios, handheld radios, mobile radios, DMR radios, NXDN radios, POC radios, repeaters, and a full range of radio accessories, batteries, earpieces, and carry cases from leading brands including Motorola, Hytera, Icom, Ritron, Pryme, and more.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

This policy applies to all purchases made through motorolaradiosdealer.com.

What Can Be Returned

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Defective or manufacturer-faulty items
  • Items received damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items shipped by us

  • Items that have been programmed or frequency-configured
  • Opened consumables (batteries, earpieces, earbuds)
  • Items showing signs of physical damage or misuse
  • Special-order or custom-configured radios
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Software, licenses, or digital downloads

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start your return:

Contact Us Within 30 Days Email us at info@motorolaradiosdealer.com or call +1 (580) 952-9037 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive a Return Authorization (RMA) Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship any item back without first obtaining an RMA number — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Package & Ship the Item Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship to:

Inspection & Confirmation Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

Refund Issued Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label upon request.

Change of mind or buyer's remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx) and retaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose from the following options:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving and approving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchange

We are happy to exchange an item for a different model, SKU, or equivalent product. Contact us to check availability before initiating a return for exchange.

🛍 Store Credit

Prefer to keep shopping with us? We can issue store credit for the full value of your return, with no expiration date.

🔧 Replacement

For defective or manufacturer-faulty items, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge once the faulty item is received and verified.

Note: Refunds typically appear on your bank or credit card statement within 3–10 business days after we process them, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

All products sold on motorolaradiosdealer.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Most Motorola, Hytera, Icom, and Ritron products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you discover a manufacturing defect:

Please contact us at info@motorolaradiosdealer.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@motorolaradiosdealer.com or call +1 (580) 952-9037.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please follow the standard return process above once the item arrives.
