At Motorola Radios Dealer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain items such as clearance products, custom orders, and software may not be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.


3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Opened accessories such as earpieces, microphones, or batteries (for hygiene and safety reasons)
